Antti Lastunen joins Trailmaker as the new Senior Executive Consultant. In this position, his mission is to build relationships with new strategic accounts and help organizations recognize and realize the value of Trailmaker’s unique approach to strategic transformation.
Lastunen has an extensive background serving in senior leadership positions at SAP Finland and Digia, and for the past decade he has been, and still partly continues, managing client relations at the work ability management company Emkine of which he is a co-founder.
“I have known Antti for a long time, and he is one of the best business communicators I’ve ever met. His genuine interest in customers’ success and creating value resonates well with our core values. We are excited to have him join us in the new era of Trailmaker”, says CEO Mika Tanner.
Lastunen says that Trailmaker drew him in with their practical and insightful approach to strategy execution and the impact they have on their clients’ business.
“At this point of my career it might seem a little strange to start something completely new. But I am a problem solver at heart, and here I see an opportunity to work with some truly meaningful business issues.”
Lastunen is a commercial executive who doesn’t believe in selling. His approach relies on solving customer’s core pain and providing value at every turn.
“I don’t like to waste my or the client’s time”, Lastunen says. “I sit down with them to discover their pain points, describe them the solution and illustrate its value. If it resonates, we can work together. If not, we move on.”
