Thomas has an extensive career in managing consumer business and sales in multinational companies, such as Fiskars, Hackman and Iittala. He has led Fiskars Group’s European operations as well as the Functional business area. Thomas has wide expertise in managing strategic and structural change, international expansion and competence development.

He has been a management team member in publicly listed corporations and held board memberships in capital investor’s portfolio companies.
