Heikki has acquired his experience during 15 years in top management positions in the industrial sector. He has held positions as Senior Vice President, Brand Packaging division, Metsä Group, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Metsä Board as well as Managing Director, Metsä Group China.

Heikki has been a board member and chairman in several boards of directors in international SME companies.
